However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor and screen settings. • Safety Notice: Certain plushies or accessories may contain small plastic parts (such as safety eyes). Custom Orders
• We offer custom order requests, particularly for custom hats. • Custom order details (colors, sizes, styles) must be finalized before production begins. • Production for custom orders takes approximately 7–14 business days before shipping. • Because custom items are tailored specifically to your request, custom orders are non-refundable once production has started, unless there is a material defect.
Pricing & Payment
• All prices listed on our website are in USD. • We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. • Payment must be completed in full at checkout before any order (standard or custom) is processed or shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
